This patch is designed for 23-03 class 1. This class contains students who already have 5/6/7 years of experience within the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee as Corporal and who are now moving up to the rank Sergeant. to achieve this rank they have to return to the academy of the royal Netherlands Marechaussee. The 2 arms in this patch are central to the story of this class. Students from different brigades joining forces to complete the training to become a “Wachtmeester”.
